Cats like to look their best. Owners should comb their cat daily and trim their claws once a month. Sometimes a cat needs a little additional attention. A "day at the
spa" may be the answer for a feline "bad hair day". The Cat Clinic offers many grooming options. Some cats just
need a simple bath and others need a totally new hair style.
In addition to cleaning up a cat who enjoys rolling in the Oklahoma red clay, bathing can get rid of loose hair and feline
allergens before they are shed in your home. We offer baths for both long and short haired cats. Every bath includes a claw trim and a nice combing massage. |

To give the long-haired cat's tongue a rest , you might consider a full body shave. This is also the most humane and attractive choice for removing large
mats. The most popular haircut shaves the fur to 1/4 inch, leaving a beautiful mane, tail and fur boots. Some may opt for the "lion" tail, which leaves just a
puff of fur at the tip of the tail instead of the entire tail. |
If running water and noisy clipper blades are scary for your cat, the veterinarian may suggest a safe sedative to make "Spa Day" a more pleasant experience.
